Cafe & Takeout
Chef Kirk started his culinary career with pizza, working full time at a pizza shop while going to culinary school. He attended The International Culinary Academy in Pittsburgh and graduated in 1991. He has worked in small quaint restaurants, on an Island (a few times), local country clubs, hotels & even The Castle Restaurant at Disney. Moving the family up & down the East Coast but we always would return to North Huntingdon. Kirk has always talked about opening a “small place”.

Questions for the Chef
Where did you come up with the name?
We wanted the name to be simple but also to the point. So we are Order. with a “.” Sharing our takeout with your friends & family has always been how we wanted to grow our business organically. Now join us in our dining room to share a meal with your family & friends. Chef Kirk continues to create new items with our weekly Specialty Pizza & We bake all of our desserts in house. We always have something new. If you are new to Order a favorite with our Order. Family is our Extra Crispy Pepperoni Specialty Pizza with Chef Kirk's Honey Chipotle Glaze. It takes the pepperoni pizza to the next level of goodness.

From a Takeout Joint to Order. In. Cafe & Takeout
We quickly grew out of our small space. We kept our eye out, looking for a place to expand & then the small place came to us. We received a phone call asking us if we needed more space. We were at a point where we could'nt continue to grow our business. We decided to take a chance and check it out . When we walked in we instantly knew this was our place and before we left the parking lot we called the owner and said yes we want it! I could instantly see the new dining room & Chef Kirk began to create a new menu. We cant wait to welcome you In. to Order. Cafe & takeout.

Our Sweets Story
Have you tried our Cake, Cheesecakes or Cupcakes? Brownies or Cookies? It is a family affair: Chef Kirk makes our delicous Brownies & Cookies. Tonya & Gigi (her Mother) bake the cakes & cupcakes & cheesecakes each week switching between flavors for a variety of choices.
A little on how we started: Chef Kirk began making his cheesecakes at the country club he was working at years ago and they were a huge hit. He decided to add them on at Order in 2019 to see how they would sell. We know you love them. We then decided to add cakes by the slice but wanted to offer cake that was light and not overly sweet. Gigi studied with Wesley Wilton (Master Wedding Cake Designer) in Chicago in the late 80s and used Buttercream primarily for her wedding cake business and we always thought it was too sweet so when we baked cakes for family we always suggested fresh cream cakes with light fruit fillings. They were a hit with our family so when we introduced cake at Order in 2020 we thought to use our fresh made cream icing.
Cupcakes, Itty Bitties (our Fresh Cream Dessert Cups) & cookies now grace our dessert menu and are a favorite new addition.
Currently cakes & cheesecake are sold by the slice only. Cupcakes are sold & packed as 2. Cookies are packed as 3.
